Wonderful Customer Service!

Waiting to hear back about a refund after repairs were done wrong and my odometer reading was put back in as 123456 when I had less the 1100000 when taking it in so when taking to trade lowered my car value by 3k because it looked like my odometer was rolled back due to service advisor being lazy this is after he got rude and argued with me about the repairs being done wrong I will never recommend this dealership to any one my gf also bought a jeep that completely crapped out the other day after the issues she’s had since day 3 were not fixed mind you I shelled out 8k roughly in repairs on my Camaro that due to a diagnosis problem are all irrelevant because the root cause was not addressed so thousands down the drain what a joke now I’ll wait till 12 today for a call back from service management about my refund before I call and see what’s going on and if no refund is offered then I guess I’ll be getting ahold of the credible business bureau as well as a lawyer since I have photos from other mechanics who fixed the problem as well as my inspection video from McGrath as well as paperwork let alone how many times I’ve had to drive from marshalltown to Cedar Rapids to try and get this dealt with missed work as well

Very good service. Both salesmen we dealt with were knowledgeable and ready to answer and questions we had. Great service from sales manager and all parties after the deal was signed.

The sales person that helped us was very knowledgeable about the car and did a great walkthrough of the features as part of our driving test. The session with financing was also really solid - it's aways a little bit tedious, but I think that was the fastest I've ever moved through financing for a vehicle.

I showed up on the wrong day, for my appointment, and they still worked me in!
